Thistle London Hyde Park Kensington Gardens Hotel, London

The hotel has an exceptional atmosphere, thanks to the outstanding service from the staff, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness of the facilities, although some areas felt a bit worn down. I appreciated the variety of breakfast options, but the dining experience could be improved with more diverse meal selections throughout the day. Despite these minor issues, I found good overall value for my stay.

I stayed at this hotel for a short city break and found a mix of good and not-so-great aspects. On the positive side, the location near the bustling shopping areas was perfect for my wife while I enjoyed strolls in the nearest gardens.
